Revive Fund Management acquires former PwC headquarters in Sint-Stevens-Woluwe.
Ghent, 2 September 2025 – Re-Store, a fund managed by Revive Fund Management (RFM) with PATRIZIA Sustainable Communities I as anchor investor and an equity base of €75 million, has acquired the former PwC headquarters at Woluwedal 18-22 in Sint-Stevens-Woluwe) from Intervest.
The office building of approximately 24,000 m², including 840 underground parking spaces spread over four levels, will be redeveloped into a predominantly residential project of around 125 housing units, complemented by supporting functions. According to current plans, the total investment value of the project amounts to approx. €60 million.
From outdated office to future-proof housing project
The redevelopment is fully aligned with the mission of the Re-Store fund: transforming outdated and inefficient office buildings into affordable, energy-efficient homes. Delivery of the first units is expected in 2030.
The new project will feature:
- affordable apartments for middle-income households,
- a strong focus on ecology, biodiversity and circular construction,
- meeting places and facilities to strengthen social cohesion in the neighbourhood.
Sustainability at the core
As with all Re-Store investments, sustainability comes first. Revive, with years of experience in redeveloping underutilised urban sites, is responsible for the development of the project.
The ambitions for the site are high:
- Net Zero Energy: delivering CO²-neutral homes in operation, by developing NZEB-buildings with >10% lower energy demand than the standard.
- Circular approach: maximum reuse of existing structures, including the car park and potentially parts of the above-ground buildings, drastically reducing embodied carbon.
- Green and social measures: biodiversity-enhancing initiatives and community-oriented amenities will be integrated to improve the quality of life for residents and the wider neighbourhood.
Strategic partnership
The redevelopment is taking place via the Re-Store fund, an SFDR Article 9 impact fund set up by Revive Fund Management together with PATRIZIA Sustainable Communities I. The fund focuses on repurposing obsolete office spaces in the Benelux into affordable, sustainable residential projects.
